Our Chef Casey Wilkins
Executive Chef Casey Wilkins was lured into the culinary world at an early age after spending countless hours cooking and baking with his grandmother. Casey went on to study Culinary Arts Service Management at Paul Smith’s College in New York, where his passion was solidified for creating unique menus with emphasis on fresh and healthy, seasonal food.
Casey has over 15 years of experience as an Executive Chef and Food Service management. Overseeing vast culinary operations including menu development, recipe standardization and seasonal menu updates. He believes strongly that great team development encompasses positive energy, strong morale and exceeds the bar of menu execution.
When Casey is not creating up a storm in the kitchen, you can find him enjoying time with his family, skiing the slopes, golfing and sharing his love of food by cooking for family and friends.
